We really enjoyed staying in their suite with a nice bathroom, a comfortable queen size bed, and a large TV, and the location near restaurants, roadworks, and another hotel was excellent.

everything is very good here, had an enjoyable stay on a business trip. the rooms are updated and airy, with large beds. the stuff is attentive, and the breakfast is reasonable. the main bar makes the cold drinks....  

Easy location close to shopping centre, great restaurants in the local area. Neat and luxurious units with king sized bed, the bedroom, for example, and efficient staff.

The location of this place is fantastic and perfect for hosting events, with spacious rooms, a cozy bed, and coffee available.

The service in the restaurant was a bit slow and we were told that there had been technical difficulties when we had been left waiting a long time for our drinks order to arrive.

The staff here were very efficient, and the location was quiet; my king room was tastefully decorated.

when i first got to my room it smelt of smoke however one call down to reception and someone very kindly came and moved me to another room - they helped me with my bags and were very pleasant. The staff on reception were also very...  

Helpfulness of staff food was good and comfortable nights sleep. very quiet and peaceful.

The hotel offers outstanding food and has especially attentive staff. Its location is in a leisure area near restaurants, communal areas, and Adrenaline Alley. it is only 5 km away from St Mary Magdalene Church....  

The hotel has a lovely atmostphere ,all the staff are fabulously friendly from the cleaner to the top yet also very professional Lovely large rooms and extremely comfortable beds. The food both in the bar and the restaurant is very good quality and plenty of choice.. ALl in all a real home from home with the extra benefit of being waited on and free use of the pool and leisure facilities. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The only thing that would have made my stay more pleasant would be a nicer smoking area as opposed to just outside the main entrance. I don't think it looks good for arriving guests.

The staff are fantastically friendly and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. The location is magnificent, not far from the onsite restaurant which offers a reasonable range of food and drink, carpeted areas, and the center of town.
